Appointments are available on Tuesday to Saturday 12pm – 7pm.
We work on a By Appointment Only basis to ensure that you receive our undivided attention. We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

The Atelier is currently housed in the premises of Orient Jewellers.
Orient Jewellers is located at 177 Toa Payoh Central #01-164/166 Singapore 310177.

We also provide a mobile viewing service in the Central Business Districts at a fee of SGD $50 that is fully refundable with your purchase. Please email us at to arrange for an appointment.

We offer free local shipping within Singapore with every online purchase above SGD $1,000.

An Atelier staff will contact you within 1 business day of order placement to arrange for delivery. We endeavour to deliver your order within 2 – 3 business days from order placement. Delivery will be made between 12 – 5pm on weekdays. There will be no delivery on Sundays and Public Holidays.

As our jewellery pieces are valuable we require the person who placed the order to receive it in person. We may request to see a form of identification upon delivery and seek your kind understanding on this.  The item must be checked to be in good condition on the spot and once the delivery order is acknowledged by the recipient the item is considered sold. In the event that the recipient is not contactable it will be considered a failed delivery. We regret that only one delivery attempt will be made. Any re-delivery fee will be borne by the customer. Alternatively you may choose to pick the item up from the Atelier at your own convenience.

For all rings ordered online on Orient Atelier’s website we offer 1 free resizing within 3 months of purchase.

We seek your understanding that each resizing requires cutting, soldering and re-plating of the ring setting. If the resizing is too drastic (+/- 2 sizes) it may affect the integrity of the ring’s original structure so we might not recommend it. Our Atelier staff will advise you accordingly when we receive your order. Resizing takes about 2 weeks.

We do not offer refunds. We offer a seven calendar day exchange policy for all ready-made items purchased at Orient Atelier. We reserve the right to reject the item if it is not deemed to be in the pristine condition as when sold. Bespoke items are not refundable or exchangeable. If no other item strikes your fancy the amount will be kept with us as store credit for future purchases within 1 year from the original date of purchase.

As part of our Ring packages, we are happy to offer:

For engaged couples who order their engagement rings with us we also have a Benefit Suite including promotions on wedding bands and Si Dian Jin 四点金 from Orient Jewellers. Please email for more information.

Our jewellery is crafted by the skilled hands of our master craftsmen based in Singapore. Depending on the complexity of the design please allow 8 – 12 weeks from the order confirmation date to receive your item. We will advise you accordingly when you place your order. All our items are one piece only as our gemstones are one of a kind and our designs hand-crafted.

The rings on our website are listed in Hong Kong and Singapore sizes. While there is one free resizing per ring for all online purchases we highly recommend that you check with us by email first before purchasing the ring as we do not offer refunds.
